How Messy Woodworks came to be
and what the name means!
I worked in sales for the woodworking industry most of my adult life. After giving my time and effort to someone else for those years, I decided to start my own business. Having made custom furniture, cutting boards, and home decor signs as a hobby allowed me to easily transition into a full-time job specializing in personalized gifts and decor.
How did the name “Messy Woodworks” come to be? Well, early on, as I began this venture, I used our kitchen table a lot (I still do, lol). As I was discussing what the name should be with my wife one afternoon, she replied, “I don’t care what you call it—just get this mess off the table!”
…and Messy Woodworks was born! :)
